ROYAL PEST CONTROL
ROYAL PEST CONTROL (tentative title) is a simple hand management game where you and your opponents lure the best beasts away from the queen's sacred garden!
The game is currently being draw and we're preparing to launch a Kickstarter to help print and ship copies of the game. If you're interested in working with us, contact me at Merlandese@Gmail.com or send me a message on Twitter!
Copies of the current rules and PDFs of the current version of the game can be found below.
Or you can test it out on Tabletopia! :)
Her Majesty, the Queen of Goslia, is returning after a two-year holiday. In her absence, you, the castle's caretakers, have neglected your duties. Rooms grow dusty, tapestries fade, and worst of all… the Royal Garden is overrun with wild animals!
Times are desperate! Foodstuffs are pulled from the pantries and piled onto the floors. Traps, few in number, are splayed out and assigned. Whomever lures away the best pests before the Queen returns will be spared her wrath. All others... won't be so lucky.
Use your turn either accumulating Bait or using it to lure Animals from a shared area. Animals require different Bait depending on what they prefer and where they are in the Garden. Earn as many points as you can by collecting Animals before the Queen arrives. The highest score wins!
